steam cleaning

We use Hydrotek steam cleaning units mounted on flat bed trucks. Water tanks are added to reach remote areas. We have both hot and cold water systems that are recovered, filtered, and recycled when necessary to prevent water from reaching the storm drains. Steam cleaning services consist of the washing of cement sidewalks with high-pressure hot water to remove dirt, grease, gum, and spills. 

day porter

Our day porters add extra needed services on larger, high traffic retail centers or industrial parks. Services include the removal of trash and debris from parking lot and landscape areas, trash enclosures, alley or rear of building, wiping dust and cob webs from window sills, maintaining food courts, changing trash liners and ash urns. When additional attention to detail is required, we offer window washing, graffiti removal, vacancy cleaning and misc. handyman services.

Hauling services

​We offer hauling services of illegally dumped items such as mattresses, couches, refrigerators, and just about anything other than hazardous waste.  

sweeping

Our Parking lot sweeping fleet consists of late model GMC and Chevrolet trucks with economical regenerative air sweepers. Sweeping Consists of machine power sweeping of all paved parking areas. Service includes detailed blowing of areas inaccessible to a machine sweeper such as storefront walks, behind wheel stops, around planters, and curb lines.
